You will have a 30 minute follow up session to review your nutritional and lifestyle plan. We will review your progress and symptoms and make any adjustments to your plan that are necessary.
You will have a further 30 minute follow up session where we will make any final adjustments to your Nutritional and Lifestyle Plan in order to ensure that you can sustain this plan going forward.
Also included is a 15-minute weekly support via email / phone.
