Included in the 12 Week Gut Healing Programme:
- An initial 90-minute consultation getting a detailed case history of your past and current nutrition and lifestyle factors. After the consultation you will receive an Individualised Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan, including recipes and suggested supplementation, when necessary.
- Two 30 minute follow up sessions (generally 3/4 weeks apart) to review your nutritional and lifestyle plan. We will review your progress, symptoms and make any adjustments to your plan that are necessary.
- You will also receive weekly 15-minute phone / email check-ins.
- Educational materials and recipes provided when necessary.
