Traditional Use
Chamomile is relaxing for the nervous system and has an anti-allergy action.
Elderflower helps with mucous production and nettle helps stabilise the overactivity of the immune system.
How to Use:
This unique 3 tsp. sachet is used as a tea bag but it contains a full daily amount of herbs for major convenience especially appreciated with today's busy lifestyles.
- Place your herbal sachet in a teapot, large mug or flask.
- Add boiling water not less than 1 pint.
- Drink throughout the day (hot or cold) for maximum benefit.
- Use one herbal sachet per day for two weeks.
- It can be added to Juices, Smoothies, Protein Shakes.

Avoid in pregnancy and with breastfeeding.
