Ingredients: Thyme 20%, Elderflower 20%, Peppermint 20%, Plantain Leaves 15%, Yarrow 10%, Rosehips 10%, Cayenne Seeds 5%
Traditional Use
Thyme: antiseptic.
Elderflowers: antiviral and relaxing.
Peppermint: antispasmodic, aids digestion, promotes sweating.
Yarrow: toxin elimination through the skin and anti-inflammatory.
How to Use:
This unique 3 tsp. sachet is used as a teabag but it contains a full daily amount of herbs for major convenience especially appreciated with today's busy lifestyles.
- Place your herbal sachet in a teapot, large mug or flask.
- Add boiling water not less than 1 pint.
- Drink throughout the day (hot or cold) for maximum benefit.
- Use one herbal sachet per day for two weeks.
- It can be added to Juices, Smoothies, Protein Shakes.
